Frozen Sweets menu has great options to put together a fun and memorable event! Usually we serve corporate events within a 2 hour window. • Office Luncheons • Grand Openings • Corporate Parties • Customer Appreciation • Employee Appreciation • Commercial Tenant Events • Business Meetings • Scavenger Hunts • Holiday Events • Movie Sets • & MORE INCLUDED: • Up to (2) TWO hours of service • 100 – 300 servings can be selected with this option • Flat rate menu • Uniformed staff • Varied Menu • Music - Pre-programmed playlist or desired playlist (Bluetooth or Music App) • MENU: Ice cream, Italian ice, Novelty Ice Cream Bars, Shaved Ice and Mini Melt sand more. • Taxes and service fees are included REQUIRED: • $350 DEPOSIT Deposit due at booking to secure date and time. Deposit will be applied to your overall total. Remaining balance due 10 days prior to your event. If booked less that 10 days before event, full amount will be due shortly after initial online booking. Deposits are non-refundable. CUSTOMIZE Corporate events can be customized. Extra time and servings available. More participants may be added to this option and made payable by invoice. Extra shifts and locations can also be added. Minimum payment amount will change customized option. If you wish to secure more time, please let us know in advance. Unfortunately, we are not able to secure more time on site after arrival due to scheduling of other events.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
