SOCIAL EVENT II This option is great for 75++ ppl. (2) TWO hours of service. • Work Events • College Campus Events • School Events • Church Events • Sports Banquets/Tournaments • Party • Weddings • Baby Shower/Gender Reveal INCLUDED: • (2) TWO HOURS of service • (75) SEVENTY-FIVE servings • Flat rate menu at $5.00/serving • Variety of selections on menu • Uniformed staff • MENU: Ice cream, Italian ice, Novelty Ice Cream Bars, Shaved Ice and Mini Melts. Sundaes are NOT included. REQUIRED: • 75+ participants • $489 Minimum for 2 hours due upon booking to secure date and time. The $489 Minimum payment will be applied to your overall total. Extra servings available. If you wish to secure more time, please let us know in advance. Unfortunately, we are not able to secure more time on site after arrival due to scheduling of other events.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
