Additional servings are available within the 30 min. time frame. • MUSIC: Pre-programmed Kids Bop playlist or Ice Cream music • MENU: Novelty Ice Cream Bars (8-12 options), Shaved Ice and Mini Melts • Taxes and service fees are included NOTE: We are able to serve 25-75 servings within 30 minutes. *RESTRICTIONS: Please note there are restrictions for this option and extra time cannot be added. Custom menu option are not available. This service is ONLY available in the following areas: DEKALB, GWINNETT and FULTON counties. In some cases a $45 travel fee may still apply. Due to travel time and 30 min. time block the following cities/areas are restricted for this option – Alpharetta, Berkeley Lake, Braselton, Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, Fairburn, Hapeville, Milton, Mountain Park, Palmetto, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs, South Fulton, Sugar Hill, Union City. We have other event options available for the restricted areas. REQUIRED: • $155 Minimum due upon booking to secure date and time. 30 minutes MAX. The $155 Minimum payment will be applied to your overall total and includes number of servings listed above. Extra servings available within 30 min. time frame. • PAYMENT for additional servings due at the end of event. Unfortunately, we are not able to secure more time on site after arrival due to scheduling of other events.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
