Service Description
PRE-PAID CATERING - $5.00 per serving (HOA pays in advance) VENDING - Open Menu pricing (Neighbors or Residents pay for themselves) Invite your neighbors to gather for a sweet experience. It only takes a few quick steps to have us out to serve your neighborhood and satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. The best option is for the HOA representative to place an official request for a scheduled neighborhood visit. Fill in the form and we will get back to you soon about our visit to your neighborhood. GREAT FOR: • HOA Events • Neighborhood Food Truck Days • Apartment Communities • Work-Live Communities • Office / Corporate Complex BOOKING SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. STEP 1: HOA rep contacts us to discuss date, time and method of payment. (This can also be filled in on our booking form - Request Only) STEP 2: We show up to serve the neighborhood. …..OR.... STEP 1: Check with a few neighbors then forward our menu to see if families would be interested in having us out. We typically ask for neighborhoods to have at least 25 families each willing to spend $18 minimum. STEP 2: Fill in form and contact us for a date/time that works best. STEP 3: Be sure to provide as many details as possible about your neighborhood. INCLUDED: • (2) TWO HOURS of service • Prepaid by card or check — $5.00 per serving • Open Sales Menu pricing for individual purchases — Prices Vary • Uniformed staff REQUIRED: • Minimum of (25) TWENTY-FIVE families willing to spend $18 minimum • The host or the neighborhood association must agree to either reach our neighborhood minimum ($450). Example: We sell less than minimum, HOA pays difference. We make over minimum, HOA owes $0. –OR– Pre-purchase for the first 75 residents. Residents can choose any one of the frozen treats. After the 75 are gone, residents can purchase from the truck. HOA may also agree to cover the entire amount for residents. Effective January 1, 2023 our minimum for Neighborhood Pull-Up is $450. Extra servings available. If you wish to secure more time, please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Please email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone from our staff may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send us an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu. Some custom items may incur an additional charge. We will discuss all final details associated with your event. In some cases our event agreement may be sent to you to determine all logistics.
