Service Description
We can provide catering DROP-OFF service. Frozen Sweets will drop off pre-packaged Mini Melts with a choice of two (2) flavors, (1) Italian Ice Flavor, or Novelty ice cream bars (4 options). You can select any combination you desire. This option does not include service from the truck. We can provide drop off for a birthday party, family reunion, daycare, camps, sports group gatherings, pool parties, etc. **Have a party of 25? This option allows guests to get 2 treats each** Rate includes 50 pre-packaged items. We can accommodate up to 200 servings payable by invoice. This option requires approval after your request is received.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧BOOKING CONFIRMED with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
