We can customize for events such as bithday parties, PTA events, school carnivals, festivals, employee appreciation days, community gatherings and individual celebrations.

CHOICES:: ​

• VENDING (Everyone pays for themselves)
  We sell TREATS from our full menu. No cost to you, everyone pays individually,
  great for almost any event. Tell us how many attendees are expected.

• CATERING (A) (You PRE-PAY for your guests)**
  Set your budget limit and PrePay in Advance – We will customize a menu
  just for your event and serve your set number of attendees as they only select
  from menu items within your budget. Your custom menu will include items pulled from our existing menu. Most menus start at $6.50 per person and can adjust for larger groups. Agree on your menu, pay us in advance and we will serve your guests upon arrival. Your event must have a minimum of 30 guests. Less than 30 guests will require an additional fee of $150.00.

• CATERING (B) (You pay for your guests)**
  Run a Tab – Let your attendees order what they want off our menu and we’ll keep
  a running tab and you pay at the end. We can set a limit for your budget needs.
  You will be required to pay a deposit to reserve your date. (Starting at $8.50 per person). You must have a minimum of 30 guests. Less than 30 guests will require an additional fee of $150.00.

• DROP-OFF  (You pay upon reservation)**
  Tell us the date and location. We will drop off an order of Mini Melts Ice Cream.
  The minimum drop off is 50 cups.

We usually serve within a 3-hour window. Travel fees may also apply.​
