We can pull our food truck into most positions quickly and safely to enhance any event. Get the experience and deliciousness of Frozen Sweets at your next private event, corporate event, social or party. Invite us out for small or large crowds as our frozen dessert truck can be customized with a wide range of your favorite frozen desserts and sweet treats. • • • RESERVE: 1 - 4 HOURS • • • RATE: A per person rate selected from our catering services • • • DEPOSIT: Minimum (Required) and deposit can vary • • • SETUP TIME: 10 minutes • • • TRAVEL FEE: May apply depending on distance • • • EXTRAS: Music, Microphone, Customized Menu (Upon request)
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧BOOKING CONFIRMED with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
