Bring Frozen Sweets to your next event in a cute portable factor. Our ice cream cart can be set up pretty much anywhere indoors and outdoors for you and your guests. The cart is equipped to sell ice cream, novelty bars, frozen lemonade and beverages. CART RENTAL / BRANDING Want to add your branding to our carts? We will have graphics printed and apply to our cart for a customized look for your event, promotion or other things you may have in mind. Treats are not included with price for branding. Treats are an additional fee. • • • RESERVE: 3 HOURS • • • RATE: $5.00 / per serving • • • DEPOSIT: 50% deposit to reserve date and time (Required). • • • MINIMUM: 75 servings • • • SETUP FEE: +$50.00 • • • TRAVEL FEE: May apply • • • SETUP TIME: 30 minutes • • • EXTRAS: Tent, Customized Menu Board (Upon request) • • • BRANDING: Custom quote provided and may include design, application of graphics and turn-around time can vary. 1-2 weeks advance notice required.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
