Service Description

TRUCK or CART RENTALS (EQUIPMENT ONLY) AVAILABLE: M - TH • 9:00am - 4:00pm HOURLY RESERVATION Need us on-site for an event, video shoot, promotional event, etc. We include our staffed driver and the truck or cart. Let us know what you desire and we can likely make it happen. Frozen dessert and treats are priced separately. This option is great if you ONLY desire to have our truck or cart onsite without treats. CART RENTAL / BRANDING Want to add your branding to our carts? We will have graphics printed and apply to our cart for a customized look for your event, promotion or other things you may have in mind. Treats are an additional fee. This booking requires that 1 hour be paid online to hold your date and time. Additional hours will be billed by invoice. Full invoice must be paid in advance of service.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Email (frozensweetsshop@gmail.com) or call 877-968-8968 ext. 813 if you need to contact someone about your booking or cancellation. Minimum payments or guarantee fees are non-refundable without a 7 day notice. You may reschedule your event. Rescheduled dates or times are subject to availability. Effective SEPTEMBER 2023, if your invoiced payment exceeds $750, we will not be able to provide full refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. We will happily reschedule your event. Someone may contact you by phone, email or both to confirm your booking. Your reservation is official with payment and a confirmation email —"🍧Thanks for booking with FROZEN SWEETS!". No need to worry, we have you scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, please send an email for fastest response. Custom Event Menus:: We can create a custom menu upon request. This menu can only be pulled from our existing menu.
